We can provide aircraft maintenance service on a variety of aircraft; Boeing 767-200 / 300 (CF6 80 Series engine) Type Approval (limitation 1).Boeing 757 RB211 Type Approval (Limitation 1). Boeing 737 CL (CFM 56 Series engine) Type Approval. Boeing 737 NG (CFM 56 Series engine) Type Approval. With the variety of services offered being; Troubleshooting, defect rectification and Service (A) checks in a Line Maintenance Environment. Minor checks, component changes, defect troubleshooting, rectification and special inspections and Borescope inspection. C Check’s including 8 C’s (D check). Incorporation of AD’s, SB’s, inspection defect rectification and structural repairs e.g. floor beams, skin repairs, frames and stringers, pylon mods etc . Scope of work ranges from under carriage changes, flight control surface and actuator changes. Engine changes and all other Major and minor component changes e.g. hydraulic pumps, fuel pumps, HMG’s. Jacking and control surface balancing.

Our staff hold fully CAA issued Part 66 B1 licences while being self-motivated and self-starters and are able to work as part of a team or as an individual. Our staff can reliably set and achieve targets regularly within Line, Minor and Base maintenance programmes. Our employees are able man managers, with experience at prestigious companies including Minor / Line work working with Xair Services (TNT), TUIFly Nordic, Tech4Jets, SRT, Storm Aviation and Base Maintenance with MNG and Shannon Aerospace. Advantage Aviation services Borescope Engineer Prior to joining our company, one of our employees was a certifying engineer for 21 years as a Supervisor / Team Leader / Base Maintenance Certifying Engineer for Thompson Airways. In addition to the Certifying role with Thomson, the employee was Manager of the Night shift and introduced AMOS into Thomson. During the employee’s time with Thompson Airways, they were required to audit processes and procedures from a technical and managerial perspective.

  • Thomson Airways (formally Britannia Airways) for 31 years. Supervisor / Team Leader from 1990 to 2011. Employees also acted as manager Night Shift.
  • BMCE for four and a half years.
  • RAF for 6 years from Dec 1974 to Dec 1979 where I did my initial training (De-mob papers can be supplied)
